Shah Rukh Khan’s 'RA.One' To Cross 100 Crore In The First Week Itself


Bollywood’s most expensive and anticipated movie 'RA.One' to cross Rs 100 crore mark in the first week of its grand release.

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan’s dream project “RA.One" took Rs 150 crore to complete and the relieving news for him that it had already recovered almost 75% through its marketing activities, satellite rights and the music rights. Shah Rukh has spent approximately Rs 52 crore on marketing & promotion and associated with 25 brands through tie-ups. It helps him to recover the overall marketing spend on the film.


Shahrukh Khan’s Ra.One is the most anticipated movie across India. This movie is one of the best marketed movies in India too. It is going to be a wide release ever for the Indian audiences.

Ra.One will be release in more than 3000 screens in India and more than 500 screens overseas. Also the film is getting released in 3D format for almost 500 screens in India and more than 50 screens overseas.

Shah Rukh has travelled eight cities for RA.One's promotion and looks like it is going to be the biggest hit of the year.

Ra.One  is written and directed by Anubhav Sinha. Starring Shahrukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in the lead roles, Ra.One also has Rajinikanth, Sanjay Dutt and Priyanka Chopra in the guest appearances.


The film is releasing tomorrow (26 October 2011) during Diwali along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu and German.
