Business Today's annual special issue for 2011 on business schools or B-schools in India marked some changes in terms of order of ranking.
It’s no more A-B-C - or Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta, which rules the list in this order for several years. Now for the first time since 2002 IIM Bangalore emerged as the best B-school in India leading behind other two. IIM- Ahmedabad slips to third position after IIM-B and IIM-C.
Therefore this year's BT-Nielsen ranking of India's Best B-schools the new order of ranking is B-C-A.
IIM Bangalore topped the position for its unmasked ambition for growth and an increased thrust on research.
