BlackBerry Torch 9860 Now in India @ Rs. 28,490/-

Research in Motion has launched the BlackBerry Torch 9860 smartphone at a price of Rs 28,490 in India. Based on new BlackBerry 7 operating system, the BlackBerry Torch 9860 runs on 1.2GHz processor and it has a 3.7" 24-bit capacitive touch screen display- the largest ever on a BlackBerry smartphone.

The BlackBerry Torch 9860 has 768 MB RAM and 4 GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32 GB with a microSD memory card.

The new BlackBerry Torch 9860 comes with a 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus, flash and 720p HD video recording. It is optimized for displaying web pages, photos and videos, as well as delivering powerful gaming experiences.

BlackBerry Torch 9860 comes with a 1230 mAh Li-ion battery that offers talk time up 6 hours.
Other Blackberry OS 7 phones already available in Indian markets are the BlackBerry Bold 9900 and the BlackBerry Torch 9810.
