Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara or ZNMD is a story of three close friends Arjun (Hrithik Roshan), Imraan (Farhan Akhtar) and Kabir (Abhay Deol). When Kabir got engaged with Natasha (Kalki Koechlin) after 6 months of courtship, all the friends decided to go on a road trip to Spain and try out something which they fear most, some deadly adventurous sports. This trip proves a journey of a life time. This was a journey of soul. A journey to know oneself, to know each other and a journey to become a 'man' from 'boy'. The journey to learn to stand by each other. A journey to learn how to take responsibility. In the journey Arjun met Laila (Katrina Kaif) a spirited girl who eventually changes the course of his life.
The story is simple yet the narration is very beautifully portrayed and therefore it will keep audience engaged.
Sometime woman director brings romance, life and emotions more naturally, more originally and beautifully than any male colleague. Here Zoya Akhtar did the same, she narrates the story so smoothly with lots of stylish input that audience loves to watch and get connected.
The performances are so natural so connected. Hrithik is lovely, Farhan is awesome and Abhay is brilliant. Katrina and Kalki is also good and brings lots of glamour in the movie.
It’s a very entertaining movie and surely remind you of your closest buddies with whom you shared jokes about teachers, fight over food, brawl over girlfriends, time-pass with some stupid word games and shared fear over examinations...It’s a worthy watching and one can opt for seeing movie Dobara...
