Another Notice To Shah Rukh Khan Over Building Violations By Govt.

A fresh notice has been issued to Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan by Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority over his Bandra house. Municipal commissioner Subodh Kumar will now verify a complaint that alleges violation of environmental laws by the superstar.

Shahrukh got the first notice on August 24 where he was asked to explain the details regarding the allegations. This is the second time when he received the notification. If Shah Rukh found violated the environmental laws then the actor could face punishment.

The complaint was made by Amit Maru, and he alleged that the actor constructed a six-storey structure without the permission from the MCZMA. The coastal body's approval however was required as the Bandstand structure falls in the coastal regulatory zone.

Maru told media, "Also, the plot on which Mannat stands was earlier reserved for a public art gallery. The MCZMA's permission was not obtained before the BMC approved a proposal to modify the reservation to residential."

We have not heard any response from SRK’s end.
