Shah Rukh Khan Interrogated by ED for Misdeed in IPL 2


Bollywood Badshah and owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, Shah Rukh Khan was grilled by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday in connection with alleged irregularities in the Indian Premier League Season 2.

IPL season 2 was held in South Africa after the venue was moved from India due to General Election.





Senior ED official told media, "Shah Rukh appeared before us on Saturday and we recorded his statement in connection with IPL 2."

There have been serious allegations of suspicious money flowing into the T-20 tournament from foreign agencies. As per ED officials Shah Rukh Khan is asked to submit documents relating to his franchise’s operations including the buying of players, advertising, profit & loss, share holding pattern etc.

Former BCCI president Shashank Manohar and ex-cricketer & member of IPL governing council Ravi Shastri have been also questioned by ED in connection with alleged irregularities of money.
