LG Thrive Smartphone


LG Thrive is the first prepaid smartphone of AT &T. It is a part of AT&T’s GoPhone prepaid plan.

Based on Android 2.2 LG Thrive has 3.2-inch colour, touch-screen display, unlimited Wi-Fi access, Exchange email support, and a 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus. LG Thrive has Bluetooth connectivity and 160 MB of memory expandable via SD memory cards up to 32 GB.

Although LG Thrive cannot possibly compete with top Android phones like the Motorola Atrix or Samsung Galaxy S, it is still the most powerful device in the GoPhone plan.

LG Phoenix, another AT&T offer being launched on the same day, is similar toThrive, except that Phoenix comes with a dark blue exterior and two-year service agreement offerings.

Customers can choose Smartphone $0.10/min Plan or Smartphone $2/day Unlimited Talk and Text Plan. The other plan options are $5 for 10 MB, $15 for 10 MB as well as $25 for 500 MB.
